ORNA

We use carefully sourced pure brass, copper and mango wood, chosen for their quality, character and lasting beauty.

Most of our pieces are handcrafted by skilled Indian artisans. Natural variations in texture, tone and finish are part of their character and make each piece unique.

Every piece is carefully packed in our premium packaging, designed to protect it beautifully and make it ready for gifting.

Orders are generally dispatched within 3–7 working days, unless a different timeline is stated on the product page. Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Tracking details are shared after dispatch.

At present, we accept prepaid orders only. We are working towards introducing Cash on Delivery soon and hope to make it available for you shortly.

Yes, we deliver across India. Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.

Brass and copper naturally develop a deeper patina with time. For everyday care, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth and avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive materials.

We want your ORNA piece to reach you safely and beautifully. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us understand the issue and assist you quickly, we kindly request a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the package being opened. This allows us to verify the damage and arrange the appropriate resolution.
